I think that's so: Russell Bucklew (SCOTUS, May 21), Mark Christenson (SCOTUS, Oct. 28), and Scott Panetti (5th Cir, Dec. 2).

17 of those executed this year have been black, 5 Latino, & 11 white. A black man is about to be executed in Georgia. MO's Goodwin is white.
