The fact that the 6th Circuit has not yet posted its opinions for today -- they generally are posted ~10a -- is ... worth noting. Maybe.

It would make sense to get the 6th Cir marriage opinion soon. Any circuit holding off to see what SCOTUS would do w the petitions has seen.
