Confirmation that the Supreme Court will be a partisan tool for the Republican Party.

That was confirmed when Justice Kennedy decided to retire suddenly, and conveniently, before the midterms.

To secure a pardon for his son.....

Follow the money back to Kennedy as well. Golden parachute courtesy Koch.

If there were justice in this world, impeachment proceedings would begin against
#Kavanaugh the moment he is seated on the Supreme Court, kind of like Banksy’s artwork self-shredding at the moment of auction. -
LOL! I'd love to see that!
-
Exactly, and to have that, we must vote. We must volunteer to get out those nonvoters, ignore the Trumpy zombies, and we must follow the dark money trail of corruption, keep the receipts, until like Manafort, Cohen, they have to answer.

@AdamParkhomenko@washingtonpost They wondered why Americans don't trust 2 branches of our govt, this shows we can't trust SC -
We thought it was a swamp 2 years ago? See what trump & GOP have done in 18 short months. Remnants of republicans everywhere. SCJ to Fed Judges, to all trump has deregged, repealed, destroyed, bow out of, etc. He wanted to deconstruct America, our constitution. He & GOP just did.
-
We need to work to put a Democrat in every office no matter what. Vote straight Democratic ticket every time. We have the power to turn this mess around. Our representatives must work for our interests. Stay mad and vote.
-
No matter what ....I WILL NEVER VOTE FOR ANOTHER REPUBLICAN FOR ANYTHING OR ANY POSITION EVER... if they are the only candidate listed on ticket I will write another name....let’s all pick write in name .....I say MERRICK GARLAND!
-
I agree with everything you said but I would NEVER vote for Merrill Garland. When he recused himself from the ethics hearing ,he told on himself. He's not a man and he's not dependable. He's a friend of Kavanaugh.

Sadly and scarily, there's not much to stop Kavanaugh or Trump now. I'm becoming paranoid and very mean. I worry for the 2020 elections. I can see Trump calling them off for some crisis that he himself created. Frankly, I'm hoping the cheeseburgers kick in soon. (sorry God.)
-
Susan, you have described my feelings, as well! I don't believe we are alone. I physically got sick to my stomach yesterday when I learned who was voting "yes." I need to go to the beach! That's where I clear my thoughts and calm my soul.

This makes me even angrier than I already am. I am so glad I have retired from the practice of law. I can't even look at any picture of Kavanaugh without my BP rising to dangerous levels.
-
I have the same feeling. The look of him sickens me. It’s all so sickening.

So much for the hope that Roberts was going to moderate Kavanaugh at all...
