Read that and more in the latest set of documents from Kavanaugh's communications with OLC while in the White House. This latest set is from when he was staff secretary, so Grassley considered them "irrelevant" and didn't even ask for them.https://twitter.com/JasonLeopold/status/1041792694987747328 …

JUST IN: In response to my #FOIA request to DOJ Office of Legal Counsel here is the final production of heavily redacted Brett Kavanaugh emails during his time in Bush WH. 135 pages. Most revolves around email here. https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4895975-LEOPOLD-DOJ-OLC-FOIA-BRETT-KAVANAUGH-EMAILS.html … pic.twitter.com/QToD3FtSbh

Can you explain the email address redactions - (b)3 & (b)6? Curious how some names, emails from 14 years ago could remain protected

(b)6 is a personal privacy exemption and (b)3 is a statute-based exemption. (https://www.fbi.gov/services/information-management/foipa/foia-pa-overviews-exemptions-and-terms …) I assume the text in the redaction box in the image heading this thread provides the statute, but I can't make it out.
