To respond to Qs: Yes, that is a total of seven signatories who have confirmed w me they stand by the letter. And, yes, it is a mostly self-selecting group. My point is simply that people likely are being misled by the 17K RTs of the "only TWO said they still stood by him" tweet.

There is no way that those women knew him in High School. He went to an all boys school. It's not possible for them to have known him well enough to accurately comment on his character.

It was a private all boys school
meaning NO GIRLS WENT THERE -
Yes, but once you leave school for the day, it's not like you don't meet girls, cupcake.
-
They claimed to be CLASSMATES, cupcake.
-
No, THEY DID NOT, cupcake. None of those 65 women claimed to go to his high school and the accuser also didn't either.
-
The woman never said she went to the school, the women did say they were classmates
-
Incorrect. None of the 65 women who signed the letter for Kavanaugh said they were classmates since he went to an all boys school.

Can anyone explain to me how 65 women who didn't even attend the same school as Kavanaugh kept in contact with him in the ensuing 35 years, so much so that they know exactly what kind of person he is?
-
65 women from 5 different high schools. One of the women who signed is Brit Hume's (Fox News) daughter. It is quite unbelievable that any person would know 65 people (men or women) intimately enough in high school to make the claims in the letter.

If a rapist can be President and his wife who attacked his accusers cannrun for President, then what is your problem?

It is very misleading. Daniel Lippman makes it sound like a wholesale abandonment of
#Kavanaugh, when reality is: 1) they called less than half of the 65 women 2) two reaffirmed their support 3) two likely want to see how this all unfolds, and 4) the other 24+ didn’t call back.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

So next question for these supporters: Are they Republican activists and have they donated to Republican political causes? It seems only fair to ask those questions of them since they were asked of Dr. Ford.
-
So if being republicans makes their statements disqualifying..... Then Ford’s accusations are also disqualifying, given she’s a leftist who’s donated to many PACs.

Unless they claim to have been there and that it did not occur, what they thought of him in general really has zero to do with anything though.
-
How could anyone know they were "there" when the accuser does not know when or where it happened. And actually, this comes down to she said he said & yes character witnesses matter.
-
200 of her actual fellow classmates have come forward to stand behind her character. So by your logic she is more credible than him.
