Your response to FEMA only approving 75 people for funeral relief since Hurricane Maria is to focus on (1) blaming PR gov't (which our reporting has certainly criticized) and (2) to say "death toll" shouldn't be the focus, which has nothing to do w the story.

You might just open the article & link to Brock Long’s (FEMA) letter of August 14, 2018 delineating the responsibility of PR Governor & officials to ensure that doctors & funeral directors were instructed on necessary info in applications. Read it. I did.
