Andrew Miller, who has been held in contempt of court for his failure to appear before the Mueller grand jury, is appealing the contempt order. The merits brief by Miller's lawyer was initially set to be due 9/7. Miller's lawyer asked for and was granted an extension to 9/10.

Update: Andrew Miller, the former Roger Stone associate, was given an extra day, through tonight, for his lawyer to file Miller's appeal of the contempt order he faces for not appearing before Mueller's grand jury.pic.twitter.com/ck1XtxOrsD

Also: A three-judge panel of the DC Circuit denied Concord Management's request to exceed the word limits for its amicus brief in the appeal. (It wanted 8,000 words. It gets 6,500.) Recall, a different, two-judge panel already denied Concord's motion to intervene.pic.twitter.com/VpS3ZyViP7

Lol that’s a long-winded way of telling a judge that your junior attorney didn’t turn on Track Changes.
