Now that McCain is dead, holding out all 49 non-GOP Senators isn’t enough. He needs to buy or blackmail 1 GOP Senator. He could, for example, convince a retiring Senator like Corker and/or Flake.
Flake already is a yes vote.
I'm sure that if Schumer could convince one just ONE GOP Senator to vote no - or just postpone until all the information is available - he would.
Hopefully. All GOP wants to overturn Roe v Wade so it's a tough one.
They'll find another to overturn Roe vs. Wade, but Kavanaugh is also set up to be Trump's get out of jail free card.
"The makings of a cover-up..."? It already is a fucking cover-up!!! Kavanaugh's entire records must be released before any confirmation. Chump's DESPERATE to get him in place before the MidTerms - his last, sad attempt to get off, scott-free. As if.
