Isn’t that what “working for someone“ means? If you were paid, as I’m sure she was, then she worked for him. Not complicated…
People dying to discredit what he said aren’t they.
Maybe if he had used the PC term “with” as opposed to “for” it would’ve been acceptable? No probably not…
To clarify people were scrambling to find out whether she really did work with or for him.
Who cares
Exactly.
Great detective work
If you don’t know what “worked for” means you really shouldn’t be posting anything at all
That's what he means. Love that he thinks he's so above her that she worked for him. Ugh
Bit Disrespectful I Thought, But To Be Expected With 45
Yea when you pay someone to carry out a task for you, that’s called working for you. Pretty simple actually.
But, I guess because she has been “paid” to perform in a lot of places I doubt if anyone would reference it as “working for them”
Wow really? Never would have guessed that
It was just an odd thing for someone to say to honor their passing
I’m sure that’s what he meant. He could have said, “She performed at my casinos many times,” but I’m sure people would criticize that as well.
Why was it necessary to mention their working relationship if he’s known her for many years. But it’s good to know that when they were pictured together it was business not a “friendship”
