@chrisgeidner Can you explain the process for this decision. Some are saying Kagan denied the request for appeal while others are saying it was the full court. Did they vote and that vote will not be released?
The full court. Note in both items in the first tweet in the thread it says “by her referred to the Court.” That means it went to all eight justices.
