This is true. Additionally, there were things she said in the courtroom — sometimes just an adjective here or there, but also full sentences like the one I noted above — that do not appear in her written dissent.https://twitter.com/ninatotenberg/status/1011636931548020736?s=21 …

At one point in our history, slavery, Jim Crow laws and Segregated schools were the laws of the land. Majority Vote does not make it right.

You mean she wasn't "civil"? OMG! The horror! Surely CNN will have a 6 person panel to speak in serious/concerned hushed voices about how this reflects "poorly" on civility in politics. Both sides and all that.

I can get the power of a passionate speech and argument, but....does the passion of her vocal comments change the fact that the SCOTUS just upheld bigotry and religious discrimination?

of course it doesn't change that. It might one day give a more enlightened court the words to reject this majority, though

🤔 I see a trend here. The women of #SCOTUS clearly the brightest & thoughtful. Our country would be more safe, fair & thoughtful w/5 women who are open to the arguments, not political hacks like, Thomas, Alito & Gorsuch who just read from the GOP playbook.
