Final decision of the day is Ohio v. American Express. 5-4 decision by Thomas, holding that Amex's antisteering provisions do NOT violate antitrust law.

Breyer is reading from the bench in his Amex dissent. There was some confusion at first, thinking they were done, which led Breyer to joke that people just don't understand that antitrust is important!
