DOJ has been remarkably adept at keeping on top of the flurry of activity — both incoming from Trump and the agencies and outgoing in terms of new policies from Sessions himself. When they don't have an answer, it's almost always intentional or there is no answer.

Note: The point here, btw, is not that "anyone who does say something is lying," as that commenter claimed I was suggesting. Rather, it is that questions should be raised about, and proof should be sought of, claims made that are not ones that they are willing to say to a court.
