A lot of patent practitoners think it’s SCOTUS who consistently gets these cases wrong...

SCOTUS has the final word on who's right and who's wrong, for better or for worse. Fed Cir often gets it wrong and it continually screws up patent practice which it was support to clarify and smooth out with its deep "expertise."
