Second decision: Ortiz v. US (previously Dalmazzi). Kagan writes the majority 7-2 decision, affirming the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, holding SCOTUS has jurisdiction and that simultaneous service on the CCA and CMCR is OK.
