Kind of amazing that people don't recognize that spending the day attacking Paul Ryan because he posted a Father's Day tweet about how much he loves his kids says a lot more about you than it does about Ryan.

It's no different than when Obama would post about March Madness or father's day and a bunch of people would respond with tweets about Benghazi. The same people doing this would mock those people, but now they act exactly like them.

Here we go with the "speaking out or pushing back" trope. What tangible results would that get, Chris? Do you want the policy stopped or do you want a show? And yes, people are blaming Ryan. When people say, "Ryan is responsible" that seems to me to denote blame.
