In terms of the added day, it's not very surprising. The court begins adding days to the schedule as we approach mid-June every year. Without added days, there would only be two more days (June 18 and 25) to release the 21 remaining decisions.

Regardless of how you view the outcome of this case, it's hard to imagine how
