Interesting that after the lawyers defending the ACA "withdrew" from the case, one of the new ones defending DOJ stance is Chad Readler. Earlier in the day Thursday, Trump announced his intent to nominate Readler to a judgeship on the US Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

So... I thought SCOTUS already ruled on this, finding it Constitutional. Plus, efforts to strike this down have repeatedly failed in Congress. Is the DOJ now claiming a right to overrule the other 2 branches of government?

The inmates are running the asylum. What does it tell you about the rule of law when our own
@jeffsessions refuses to faithfully execute the laws of the United States? It's lawlessness. -
Some laws *shouldn’t* be faithfully executed. But the ACA certainly isn’t one of those!
