The second decision is from Kennedy: Hughes v. US, reversing the 11th Circuit. Roberts dissented, joined by Thomas and Alito. Sotomayor concurred. #SCOTUS

Write a headline that's not misleading.
-
"Narrowly" in SCOTUS terms doesn't have anything to do with the breakdown of the vote, it has to do with whether a ruling is "broad", meaning it sets a large precedent for the system, or "narrow", meaning that it does not.
-
I know, which they should say in the headline or not use the word.
-
If you know then what's the issue? People that watch the court understand the context. The headline said that the ruling was narrow, not the vote. So...?
-
Lazy headline-writing is my issue.

The decision is narrow in scope. It wasn’t decided ‘narrowly’. Only 2 Justices dissented. Correct word usage, please.
