I'm visiting the UK (from a small town in south-eastern Australia) and everywhere I go is covered in buildings with central heating up too high. It's really disturbing. That the UK, a country famous for being a "cold climate" is made too hot for an Australian is absurd.

The first of these numbers came out a while back and scared the shit out of me. Were now looking at "end of the world" scenarios, with the possibility of +6° temperature rises which could quite literally wipe out all life. If you're not scared, you're not paying attention.
