    For all those thinking of retraining but are worried about “being 41 and starting uni”, or “being 52 by the time I graduate”, etc., you’ll still be 41 / 52 whatever happens - but you could be that age & doing something you want to do. Hope this helps.

    Case numbers are dropping because of lockdown. It’s working. It’s not done If you stick a pan of cakes in the oven, the house will smell like cake. Doesn’t mean the cake’s ready. It means the oven’s working. Keep that oven door closed. If you open it, the cake’s going to sink.

    To anyone saying “doctors shouldn’t be political” Try working in a busy A and E dept and turning away homeless people with minimal mental health support. Try seeing the austerity cuts in reality, with dripping Hospital ceilings and struggling families. You’d be campaigning too
