"diversity of points of view" is a really good example of why the term "diversity" is too vague to be useful
glad i never participated in @lambda_conf. you can't "accept all points of view" when one person's PoV negates others' humanity.

i don't support "diversity." i support giving systematically disenfranchised ppl resources like money, stage time, places to network & grow.

@S37H given the extent to which the private sector controls the government, i don't really see much of a difference. -
@chrisamaphone Ask any head of a charity (or similar) if they could spend money more effectively than the government.
