Not always the case. Some remote workers are isolated in that they are single and do not live at home. I have spoken to quite a few remote worker friends and depression and isolation is a real thing. Even for those with a good routine and family.

I’ve spoken to quite a few office worker friends and depression and lack of connection is a real thing. The office is the place where some peoples closest social contact happens. Turns out your bosses hiring decisions to dictate this doesn’t leads to deep meaningful relationships
