Funnily enough I had to write a paper on the remote agent workforce recently
the benefits are numerous for both workers and business and there are some really interesting case studies utilising VR and Virtual Organisations.

One of those can be the opposite. Many tech jobs for instance have freee lunches and dinners. How does one feel heard by colleagues? Not challenging it but that doesn’t compute to me.

Fair on lunches, though typically offset by cost of living expenses in other areas where this is provided This is typically relates to a lack of diversity in the workplace where certain demographics feel marginalised, less important, and ignored

Most important tip. Don't refer to yourself at a remote worker. You are a cloud native employee.

I think remote work is great! Esp under certain scenarios. I was hoping to hear from others with a diff view in this thread, but are prob not interested in push back. Like - being single is awesome! I’m sure ppl dating/married will have also a view on it. Thx for thread!
