That's not how fair use works you never edited the original song enough to qualify under parody dancing and being at a show doesn't make it fair use :v

Esp when the streamer/youtuber in this instance was making money by posting it when he could have edited the music out so the whole just a concert vid arguement is not applicable for your friends case here

He is not abusing anything he has full licensed ownership of his intellectual property and has rightly copyright striked a video which features his intellectual property unchanged with no permissions of use

Actually yeah he is abusing it, it was like only 15 seconds of his music so it’s fair use.

It was actually 2 mins but anymore then 6 seconds is still more then enough to strike
