Fair use would only apply If they actually changed up a percentage of the actual song in accordance to the 2/3rds rule :v it's not parody if you are at his show there's a reason most concert vids get struck from YouTube but if you actually understood copyright law you'd know that

Actually yeah he is abusing it, it was like only 15 seconds of his music so it’s fair use.
