Someone tweeted about "counting calories" earlier and I've been thinking about how this is just nowhere near as important as a load of other stuff that is impossible to communicate to people who haven't gone through the nutrition rabbithole

No just stop eating garbage and exercise. Then eat a diet high in something for a week or two and see what happens with your body.
