It really hasn’t worked for me to learn to cook a little bit at a time, in the midst of daily life. I need a project. What’s an immersive way of learning to cook? Is there like a two-week full-time bootcamp or something?

The practical problem with a boot camp is finding someone to eat all that food, and give you good feedback on how to improve! Cooking to your own taste is what really matters, but it’s hard to be disciplined about repetition Twitter can help w this: https://twitter.com/huanwin/status/1212551519498690560?s=21 …https://twitter.com/HuanWin/status/1212551519498690560 …

attempt #2 for this evening's dessert
- avocado oil spray
- actual griddle, not pan
- added a bit vanilla extract + cinnamon, could do with more
- tried 3, 4, 5 minutes per side at 350F, all received well but I liked 4 the most
- bumped up the cake flour amount
