In high school I did this thing called US. Presidential Scholars. They brought ~150 kids with high ACT/SAT scores to DC, and congratulated us for our high scores.

They put us up in dorms at Georgetown for the weekend. At one of the late-night study lounge hangouts, I remember a kid saying, “Dude, I’m only here because I’m a god at multiple choice. I don’t remember anything I learned in high school.”
