@chockenberry BTW - there are issues w/slow browsing specific to Finder in 10.9/10.10 (and not Terminal) related to Tag requests

. @shamanseki Yeah, I figured the Finder sluggishness was due to new features that I don’t use and can’t disable.

@chockenberry Radar filed in 2013 - I suspect Apple is looking for more folks to file the same report - everything is driven by numbers now

@shamanseki Is it on Open Radar? I’d like to dupe it.

@chockenberry a friend filed it so I'm not sure - but using wireshark you can confirm ... should see tons more enum related tag requests

@chockenberry It's indeed death by 1,000 cuts but the problem is not confined to just software quality http://mjtsai.com/blog/2015/01/06/apples-software-quality-continued/#comment-2329315 …

.@chockenberry good summary, but it's not our "duty" to file bug reports, especially when Apple gives us the silent finger about them.

@owensd How do you expect the problems to get fixed then?

@chockenberry @owensd Mebbe Apple could have a room/building full of computers and people who could, I dunno, test the stuff?

@chockenberry http://www.openradar.me/19382113  that one is super annoying, simply using screen sharing on a LAN, it becomes a mess

.@chockenberry wish you had mentioned that Apple keeps forcing the latest on us, so when it isn't 'ready' it hurts us along with their brand

@chockenberry @drdrang I’m going to have to stop using Apple OSs. Apparently, I’m going to die. Slowly. (“…literally death by…” etc.)

@chockenberry No screws loose, but: Sub-optimal antennas; discolored screens; flawed GPUs; overheating issues; cracking cases, etc.

@chockenberry loved the post, but hated the use of "literally" in the list. The software bugs are not actually inflicting bodily harm.
