I totally understand the sentiment behind this post. But I'm fairly sure they have been flooding like this for a very long time.

Detroit neighbor here. They have been bad for a long time - and that’s how long - how very, very long - we have been waiting for someone to help with infrastructure. Ive never seen them this bad. This is the culmination of ages of ignoring infrastructure.
