Using constitutional.powers to remedy a corrupt president and preventing more harm to our country is a proper use of congressional power. Abuse of power by enlisting foreign help in an election by dangling aid is a crime. Bribery. Its in the constitution. Read it.

US needs term limits. Clinton Impeachment opened door, Trump Imp makes it almost certain that when Exec/Congress held diff parties going forward we'll get impeachment. Term limits only hope to get professionals with integrity there to do a job, not career hacks. TERM LIMITS
