Why did they removed the map trxt but the logo is still in English? I don’t really get those regulations...

The logo was probably spared because it had accompanying Chinese text to its bottom. The "no-English" regulation also doesn't appear to have a uninform criteria--POW Blocks were modified in NSMBUDX but road signs in MK8D are not.
