Its time to knuckle down here. Put a bunch of pressure on those who deliver the packages to thoroughly check the packages before they are delivered. There is no excuse for an explosive being delivered. Give me a break, those packages would be heavy. Video of those sending. Think!

All packages send must have an id and signature to be sent. That would put a stop to this quick. Make it impossible for a terrorist to actually send a package. Have them put packages through a scanner. No more excuses, be more intelligent and vigilant.
