You can not take a stand - especially when it is extremely profitable. A hate video with a million views? Do you know how many ad impressions that is? Heck, they couldn't even boot that Logan Paul guy. Only small videographers get strikes and videos taken down, never the big fish

That has nothing to do with engineering (I am also an engineer and it offends me!) but everything with simple greed and profiteering. It is their business model, if you expect them to "take a stand" and make yourself lose significant amount of money you are naive.
