Happy Halloween, Chicago! I had a wonderful time celebrating Halloween this weekend at the Arts in the Dark Parade. Thank you to the artists for lighting up our streets with spooktacular costumes and performances, and to everyone involved in our Halloweek events.

The CREATE Program has worked to improve the efficiency of freight, commuter, and passenger rails in Chicago. We’re excited to introduce the Forest Hill Flyover and 71st Street Grade Separation that will ease congestion and improve pedestrian safety for South Side residents.
