Medical file manipulation has a terrible cost to people trying to recover. And in surveillance... We are never the same and left with a more fragile sense of self. It makes you suspicious of everything and everyone. is there a treatment for this?

"Institutional betrayal is a term for a persistent and pervasive factor in the abuse-trauma-distress equation and the process of secondary victimization." I have never met a victim who didn't suffer from mental anguish after their claim is denied.
