That kind of profitable organic growth at that scale is really impressive, especially since a good part of it is real infrastructure that can't by deployed just by copying bits but requires megawatts of power & thousands of miles of fiber optics & tens of thousands of servers...
Super impressive. And agreed, seems hard to replicate.

AWS is at 26% operating margins too. Likely a >$300B business were it standalone
