Great, now let’s see and hear him explicitly state that when May’s shit deal fails that he will push for a PV, not a GE but a PV or push to end the chaos and ditch Brexit.

Prioritising a GE over 2nd ref is Labour policy as voted on by its members. PV supporters should be behind that line too, as a Labour Party that's expended all options can far more credibly support a PV without it seemingly like betrayal.
-
I agree. Plus, a PV could just throw the Tories a lifeline out of the mess they’ve created!! Then we’d be stuck with the bastards til 2022!!

I am one of the 1034. The question we were asked was worded to oppose May's deal, NOT against Corbyn. There was no option to back a GE or even a People's Vote - the way this is being portrayed is disingenous in the extreme - it backs a referendum on the deal, NOT a 2nd Referendumpic.twitter.com/zdLTO2sWMG
-
The other question asked was binary - a YES/NO, with no option of a vote on the deal itself, renegotiation or a General Election, which Labour members voted for at Conferencepic.twitter.com/B4MDllJYSe
-
To get a proper answer, they needed to ask if people supported a 2nd Referendum, a Referendum on the Deal or wanted a GE. Both of the latter Conference voted to support as and when (but not before) May finally brings her deal to be voted on, as belowpic.twitter.com/MRUi0diDm3

It's almost as if he's unable to control his own media presence and to communicate his party's policies.

Everything is Corbyn’s fault - don’t you know!

plus, more members said they supported the party's current stance than oppose it.

Oddly enough, that apppears to be Party Policy as agreed by Conferencepic.twitter.com/QwEZuZ4vUf

There is a big difference between supporting all options - and a PV being an option...
-
What part of the word ALL do you not get? Read the first 4 lines above If the Tories think they have a good deal go to the public. That's what Party Policy is. What more do you want?

That is because actual conference policy is for a 2nd referendum failing a GE - JC saying it is an option goes against that - and you can see him failing to support it should push come to shove
-
Corbyn is simply repeating the position agreed at conference last yearhttps://labourlist.org/2018/09/labours-brexit-composite-motion-in-full/ …

It's clear that a 2nd referendum as an option was agreed unanimously by Labour conference delegates. As it's a democratic party, if you want to change LP policy as a member it's straightforward: put a motion through your branch, constituency and on to conference.
