Troy McAlister was in trouble as a juvenile, with his adult crimes starting in 1995 with second degree robbery and possession of cocaine for sale. He was in and out of custody, but his offenses turned violent around 2004 when he was arrested for battery of a former spouse.

If Chesa was a plumber, we’d all have leaky faucets because your approach to fixing a leaky faucet is to put a bucket under the faucet and claim you stopped the leak. Clearly your approach will never solve the problem.
