The reason the DA's office is short-staffed & over-worked is b/c you spend time writing 40-page law review articles for academic journals rather than PROSECUTING CRIMINALS. Btw, these articles are selected by 2nd/3rd year law students who know almost nothing. Weird flex.

Hey how can I contact you. I’m family with those officers who was killed on June 17th 2004. Law enforcement tried to intimidate me to hush up what I know

Sorry but we are leading the way down the shitter here in SF. I have no objections to creating a more just society, but I no longer walk outside my front door because it’s all crime outside. Did you include that in your scientific paper?

No, he (along with a slew of new DA's across the country) is trying to repair the unjust & inhumane U.S. criminal justice system that destroys so many lives unnecessarily. Chesa's not a revengeful public servant, so your comment is really off.

This has been happening for a long time, way before Chesa came to the office. Also, the DA's office can only prosecute crimes the police investigate. So far in 2020, police have only solved 12% of burglaries, a significant decline since 2019. Wonder what that's about?
