It's my understanding that we are at ambulance level 0 every day. Sometimes over 20 times a day. System is seriously strained with overdoses. I am terrified of needing an ambulance and none being available.

I'm going say the same thing I tell my kids...I don't want to know what you can't or won't do. There are problems and you're in charge to fix them. Tell us there's a plan...your city is failing and all you seem to be doing is paying lip service.

your restaurant & wish we could do more to support businesses like yours. What I cannot do is jail people because of their addiction or double down on the failed war on drugs. We need to make it easier to get help than it is to get high in SF.
