I'm bipolar w/ptsd. Every time I see a doctor, I ask for a shrink and/or therapist. They can never find me either one. They have no trouble finding a cop when I inevitably have an episode. Nobody is helping.

Also, the mental health system needs to be redesigned. 1-A MH evaluation needs to be performed before one goes to counseling to ensure they see the correct professional 2-Once a week, 50 minute visits don't cut it when in MH crisis 3-Poverty/lack of opportunity plays a MH role
