How is the DA responsible for homeless outreach and getting people help? The DA doesn’t want to prosecute the homeless for crimes but i don’t believe homeless outreach and assistance is the responsibility of the DA.

We can easily assign lawyers and law students 10 files each across the country, review, meet with the incarcerated and decide, based on an argument why they should remain or be released, time served.

They practice mass incarceration because they make money. They won't stop until they start losing money.

I worked in law enforcement for 13 or so years. In the academy, they sprayed us so that we could know what capsicum oleoresin felt like. I always asked why they didnt deprive us of our liberty so that we could learn what that felt like as well.
