Already the gaming begins. Speaking out of both sides of his mouth: "Jim Ross doesn’t believe the titles will have much of an impact, if any, on voters and said they were rather “neutral.”" So, if it doesn't have an impact, it won't hurt to put the Sheriff's job on the ballot.
