“If you don’t look, it won’t see you.” A flimsy patch for a leaking boat—no one could keep their eyes closed forever. The Midnight Lullaby is available in paperback! 👻🖤

No, YOU choked up at the end of We Sold Our Souls by Grady Hendrix! 💀🖤😭 This was an incredible ride and one of the best endings I've read in a while.

I finally read The Dark Archive by and it was AMAZING. I couldn't put it down. I love The Invisible Library series so much. It's so creative and fun. I can't recommend it enough! 🖤

I am trying and failing to make semla buns. I am SO bad at baking bread. I can make cookies all day but anything involving yeast and it's a disaster. Okay. I'm trying it again with a different recipe. Fingers crossed people! Another 3 hours of my life is going down the drain.

There's something so cruel about having to sum up your 85k story into 3 paragraphs. How can I be stumped when I wrote the damn thing? This shouldn't be harder than writing the book but it always is!

Family gatherings can sometimes be unpleasant. With organizing the affair, they can be downright murder. Literally. Continue your celebration of Women in Horror with The Midnight Lullaby.

I tried to get a spider gif to go with this but I'm completely freaked out by spiders and couldn't handle the gifs.

I'm reading Clowns vs. Spiders by Jeff Strand and this book is AMAZING. It's horrific and somehow delightful. I'm rotating between laughing and screaming.

Organizing my bookshelf takes so long because I keep stopping to read my favorite parts of the books.
