I did! A lot of interesting points buried within a blog post of ignorance. Diversity should encompass more than gender & racial diversity but our field should excel in their science and efforts to diversify it. If folks can't handle that, don't be mad at those of us who can.

I hear you for sure, however I do agree that a series of filters than principally score candidates on only two metrics of diversity is not a good method and ultimately does not achieve the goal.
