Um, this isn't good. Philadelphia received $1.4 billion. It spent $250m in FY22, and allocated $335m for FY23. That means we still have at least $815m left unspent and Congress may try to claw it back later this year...

, the FDA is considering simplifying its COVID-19 vaccine strategy by adopting a similar approach to that of the flu vaccine -an annual updated vaccine. If a more dangerous strain arises, the update would happen on an "as-needed & emergency basis".
