Thank you for doing what you can, Congresswoman.
At first, I thought this was simply one doctor billing the government for unnecessary procedures. He got caught overbilling in the past. But after so many hysterectomies, ICE had to know about it and any *claimed* negligence is actually an ICE policy of sterilization.
"linked to genocide"? You mean "actual genocide" right? Genocide is defined in Article 2 of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (1948)
"any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: [...] imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; [and] forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."
Not to argue that issue but the book 1324 starts out with realities not entirely dissimilar; human ignorance is dangerous and more so with demagoguery or authoritarianism. I did receive that recommendation, 1324 from a white supremacy type character though, a fan of kings.
