It is the "job" he is doing standing guard at the seat that is in honor of the Men and Women lost in battle since WWI. It has nothing to do with his ROTC status. He is learning his craft respectfully, KUDOS to this young man!

so true. the photo is beautiful and heartbreaking. our military does give so much for little in return. thanks! often when laws and policies heat up they dont. thank you military for opening doors for Americans and others to have many freedoms!
